Our administrative office in Pretoria handles bookings and research enquiries but does not house heritage equipment or collections. If you wish to visit our archive facilities, please arrange an appointment in advance. Walk-in visits cannot be accommodated due to security requirements for archival materials.

For experiences at heritage railway locations, you will receive detailed directions and meeting point information upon booking confirmation. Many heritage railways operate from historic stations not served by regular public transport, so private vehicle access or arranged transfers are typically necessary.
